The Davao City Water District (DCWD) is bringing back its Libreng Tubig Promo for the last quarter of 2026, giving eligible residential customers free water consumption for three months.
Under the promo, residential accounts with ½-inch water meters and a monthly consumption of five cubic meters or less will not be charged for their water consumption.
However, the ₱50 meter maintenance fee and any outstanding balance, if applicable, will still appear on the customer’s bill.
The promo covers water consumption for October, November, and December 2026, which will be reflected in the November 2026, December 2026, and January 2027 billing statements, respectively.
According to DCWD, the initiative is intended to thank customers for their continued support during its 53 years of service while providing additional relief to households amid rising living expenses.
The promo is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
